Walking Through Life's Hardships Together
Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way—relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed by it all. Cassie understands, because she's been there too. She knows what it's like to face hard seasons and come out stronger on the other side.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Cassie doesn't just offer clinical expertise—she offers genuine partnership. She believes counseling works best when you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to move forward. Whether you're struggling in your relationships, battling your own mental health challenges, processing past trauma, or navigating a difficult transition, Cassie creates a warm, non-judgmental space where healing can happen.
Her approach is both professional and personal. With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, Cassie skillfully integrates faith and psychology to address the whole person—your emotional well-being, your relationships, and your spiritual journey. She meets you exactly where you are and helps you discover hope and practical tools for real change.
Cassie's own life experience—20 years of marriage and raising four teenagers—gives her deep insight into the complexities of relationships, parenting, and personal growth. She's walked through her own valleys and knows firsthand that healing is possible. Now, she's passionate about helping you find your way through yours.
